What a gross day. Rain is falling in 90 percent of the state with temperatures above freezing and gigantic, messy, slushy puddles springing up all over. Above 750 feet in the northwest and northeast hills it’s cold enough for freezing rain again this evening. Expect up to 1/4″ of glaze before temperatures warm above the magic 32º mark.
There are two possible storm threats in the extended range. One Tuesday morning and another Thursday and Friday. Details to follow.
