Fluff Bomb Wraps Up, Cold Moves In

The storm worked out quite nicely. Generally 3″-6″ across the state though a couple towns in northeast Connecticut will pick up 7″ or so. In general my 4″-8″ forecast from yesterday was decent though most people will come in on the low side of that range.

The forecast issue now will be some intense cold moving toward Connecticut. Sunday through Tuesday could have temperatures well below zero across most of Connecticut at night with highs in the teens. This cold won’t be record breaking but it will be unusual. Don’t be surprised to see a -15 degree reading Monday morning if winds die down enough.

Oh yeah there’s another winter storm possible next Wednesday and Thursday. Wow.
